For the racers, no....however we have to be diligent to ensure we can cover the cost to rent the track each and every time.

Many of these will not be considered when choosing our dates. I am looking for events where 20+ potential racers may be missing from a Street Legal day....

if the event already scheduled IN FARGO is the same day as a street legal, that might be kinda cool. Can plan a whole day that way, race during the day, something else at night. Or even better, SaS at the strip, one stop shop kinda thing... I suppose there isn't a big enough space for that there though.. Props for looking forward and taking into consideration the other things going on in the area.

We always offer a Show-n-Shine area at the track, however the interest has diminished to 5-10 cars. We had a car show section last year at the 2 day track event that had no more than 10 cars show in it. That tells us that we need to focus on the things people are into right now, and that is racing type events. We will always have a Show-n-Shine at the shops, and a space for people to display their cars at the Street Legal days, but until we get a lot of demand, we will move our focus away from strictly show type events.

sounds good. I guess with that in mind, what other type of events are even possible? with there only being a drag strip there, and no other real area to race/drive what else is "on the table" so to speak?
