I have used 40th ave storage in south fargo by MS for probably the last 6 years.

I have used them on and off for 4-5 yrs and not one issue. It can be a bit of a pain to get a trailer in and around in there. but other then that.

Hey Troy you saw my storage unit I had that was out by Tufte's shop. Other then being way on that end of town it was fine, and pretty reasonable if I remember right. They had a deal where if you paid in advance for 5 months you would get the 6 month free.

          What's the name of it?

I'd like to find somewhere south for trailer storage. So far Five Star is the best option for outdoor storage space.
Any of the places have units big enough to get a car trailer in? Might be nice to have the option depending what price runs.

Thats where my trailer is at. Plenty of room to get in and out easily.

If they have an opening is the kicker. If I don't find something else I'll have to inquire early with them.
Also talked to the place on the frontage road just south of 32nd west of I29 (forget the name now) - couple bucks cheaper than five star but isn't secure like Five Star is.

When these places are secure, are you able to get in whenever or just during business hours? Do these places frown upon working on a vehicle there?

At first I did it for fun, then I realized I made the investment and had to do it!

24 hour access via keypad code. 5 Star has a very good camera system and logs all access.

tony, the keypad will get you into most. Usually there's no one there but I don't think working on a car is "allowed", but I've never had a problem before. There is no power inside units tho, so no lights, etc to work with.

                    no race car? becuz homeowner...
