well it looks like NWS has increased the flood outlook.

50% chance of hitting 40.5 ft.
I dont know whats going to happen. But I dont think its going to be good. It will probably melt all at once.

I do see this from NOAA:

A weaker system is expected to drop rain and snow in the Fargo-Moorhead area Thursday, with new snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible, containing about a tenth of an inch of moisture.
