WTB: Cheap CD deck with aux/iPod input
-
I have a Pioneer DEH-P3000IB for $40
-
I have a pioneer in the wifes rav4, I know the ipod cable went pad but the inputs should work fine. I'd sell that for $30, and she'd be happy as hell cause then I'd be putting her Sony back in that she loves. Also have some random 5 1/4 I took out of my car, I'd have to check them out to make sure they work.
Edit: I guess it won't play cd's. Here's a run down of the 4900ib

i realize i'm 3rd party here, but i would just like something that my XM could plug into (so needs an AUX imput) and that has a radio, it doesn't matter if it plays CD's.

Wes, I think that is too much for me. Looks sweet, but it could easily get ruined/stolen so might be too nice, but I'll keep it in mind.
fanatic, I'll let you know.

Tony I have a brand new marine Deck I will sell you that has made one trip down the ottertail about 8 hours on it. I bought it without realizing it doesnt play MP3 or WMA cds. it does have an aux in but I am going to buy the next step up that does have mp3 cd capabilities. 50 bones. Its Boss audio.

All of these are fair game Heath, if you haven't already bought some.

If you want RCA inputs along with Ipod and usb inputs.... It isnt going to be cheap as VERY FEW players had/have all of them and they are truly high end price decks. I have an older alpine that has rca inputs along with a motorized face and plays mp3's but no usb or ipod capabilities. It was spendy in its day. Ill let it go.
Actually, my kid has it now. -
I have an Alpine CDA-9830. Has a cable for iPod, 3.5mm and RCA Aux-audio input.
-
Most will take an AUX input (can always get an RCA to AUX cable for CHEAP) which should work for what you want Tony. Otherwise, I'd suggest an entry level DVD player as the cheapest way to get RCA inputs.
