Depending on the phone, and the damage, there is likely a "how to" video on youtube. I know there was one for replacing the screen on blackberry storms.

I have no idea if flickertail wireless is still in business or not.

$50 shipped w/ a tool to do it (minus screw drivers), took maybe 20 minutes to do (well, 1 hour because one of the buttons flew off and I had to find it in my garage). It is pretty intricate, and I would not have been able to do it, but the video online was good. Only downside is the do not have a re-assemble video, but that was a no brainer.
