2003 WRX Wagon auto 6k obo

Car's story and reason for selling:
Due to my commute for work being very long, i have to sell my 2003 WRX wagon and get something that better fuel mileage (like 40+). Last spring the car started idling odd, and after doing some trouble shooting we found that compression was lost on the front passenger side cyl. Upon taking the engine out and apart we found the problem to be a burnt valve due to spring failure.
I spent many months trying to find a good set of WRX heads that didn't have cracks in them. I finally did find a set and had them inspected, cleaned and machined at M&J in fargo. The engine was then reassembled with new waterpump/oil pump/timing tensioner/timing belt by a local aircraft mechanic (father in-law). The engine has all new gaskets and no leaks.
The engine was put back into the car, but for some reason the trans didn't want to come out of 3rd gear, just locking itself into 3rd only for going forward. Putting the code reader back on the car, found out some sensor in the trans had taken a dump (no idea why) and one of the TPS sensors had gone out. Both of those were replaced and the car has since been driven a couple hundred miles with no problems.
The car has:
150k miles
Auto trans
17in motegi SX7 wheels with bridgestone potenza whatever tires on it
Double din in dash DVD player with override (so you can watch while driving)
K&N intakeThe car is in pretty good shape for being 8 years old and 150k miles on it. It does need new tires, and has a few scratches/blemishes on the exterior, but nothing out of the ordinary for a car of its age. Interior is very nice. The A/C system is all in there and was working fine when the motor was taken out, didn't recharge upon re-installing the motor as i'm not using A/C a whole lot this time of year. Wouldn't hesitate to take it anywhere, but need a super mileage car. I live in Mayville ND, but would be willing to meet up in fargo or grand forks for serious buyers.
Price: KBB lists the car in good condition for 6,700

Taking into consideration the parts on the vehicle, but it's need for tires, i like 6k is a good price for the vehicle.
