Where are you in the global pay scale?

What would be interesting is seeing how we fair in cost of living (for essentials... health, food, rent, etc...) and everything else tied with that.
It's all fine and dandy being at the 250% range, but I wonder if I were making the equivalent amount in another country how much more spending money I'd have.
