Correct. Gary if you have a CCW and dont know this, it makes me a little sad.
I wont give BWW a dime because they banned guns in all restaurants nationwide. In most states this is more of a issue.

I do not carry in establishments in fargo as outlined in 62.1-02-04. But I will not frequent a place that as policy removes guns from its premises regardless of state law.
Besides, that place has terrible food and very high prices
