4G63 Civic Hatch

Bah, you can get much better power-weight out of the 4g63 unless you are going to turbo the V8....

Quit whoring the thread anyways, this is about Nick putting a 4g63 into his hatch. What are you plans with the axles? Just get some DSM axles cut and resplined? That is pretty much the only difficult thing to do. Do you know of a place that can do it?

DSM inner hubs in the trans, honda outter hubs into the spindles and then have the ouuter sides splined to accept the Honda hubs.

thats what I like to see. I love the motor conversions ppl are doing. Ppl are gonna poop themselves when the hood is open. I think ur the only one with the guts to do something so mind blowing. (other than matt)

Got the 2 solid side mounts done tonight. Motor is officially mounted in the chassis.

BTW if anyone has any spare not cut Honda interior wire harnesses they want to get rid of that would be great. I want to try and make a stock Honda cluster work with this swap.

Ok so I'm watchin Full Throttle last night and I started to think(amazing I know). I wonder how hard it would be to put a 4g63t into a Mini Cooper? Wouldn't that be awesome!!!

i dunno about a 4g63 in a mini but there are quite a few people that have put b18's in them and made some pretty good numbers.

Yes Nick stopped working and has been doing nothing for the last week, but work on the hatch. He also uses magic to get it done quicker...
