Edit: I just talked to the weather people at Kvly/Kxjb and they said it's going to snow.

Tom is a drunk big time. When i was at my friends house you can hear him next door on the deck piss drunk outta his mind.

Who cares if they study weather. id just call ahead to bismarck or somethin and ask em how it is. Then just say in a few hours, expect this weather(enter Bismarck weather here)

and if a jet stream moves it off track, youll say, i told you at the 6:00 news there was gonna be a jet stream. some weak ass excuse
