the driver's side of my car was recently mutilated by a 95 explorer. I took the insurance money with no intent of fixing it. It came back to bite me in the ass. Im looking for someone who could help me if nothing else pop in back out and help me find a new molding. I need a complete new drivers side rear door more than likely but ide pay someone to make it presentable until I can find parts for this nasty POS

Just take a couple small sheetmetal screws and go right through the moulding into the body to hold the moulding in place. Touch up the heads of the screws with some black paint and you won't hardly know they are there. I wouldn't worry about the rest of the damage....

                🙂

i agree with dave, it's nothing worth going to a professional refinisher for. face it, your car isn't going to win any beauty contests, it's an A to B and back again car

For sure. But it just makes me kinda mad. I mean I've had my car for no more than 3 months and its already a beater. I mean its got a lot of miles on it, but the body was in pretty good condition. (other than the wheel wells ..damn hondas...) I want to get a new car but i need to do the most economical thing for my car. I'de part it out if I had a shop to do it in. What does everyone think ould be the best thing to do with this car, besides continue to drive it. No smart ass comments. I know its already a POS.

But it was more of less a joke....
