well, i call the DMV today and it doesn't take any points away so that's good.

yea i lost my license awhile ago like januaryish and ya know what i didn't learn a damned thing. but in my situation i got screwed because the state messed up, i know i was in the wrong to do stuff like speed and race or (exhibition) but hey its the life i love, and i'll never stop.

you guys dont know shitty cops, try riding with me having plates that say POWDER, i cant even remember how many times I've been pulled over and searched, there just trying to hold us white guys down, if only I wasnt so white I wouldnt have this nickname

I personally think, when people do worse things then just speeding, or not using their blinker, they should get pulled over, but they don't! I've seen people goin down the WRONG WAY on fricken University! and NOT get pulled over! where were the cops on that one? that could have caused an accident! I swear, the cops pull over the wrong people sometimes.

cops are pretty stupid. they think parking on the sidewalk on 25th by centennial makes them invisible to passing and oncoming traffic. also, at school i saw one driving around the parking lot looking in each car to see if there was anything "suspicious" as i was told when i asked him at lunch the next day when he started talking to my lunch group. to top it off, i got cut off by a cop that didnt signal or care to yield at a yield sign after we both had turned into a development. stupid cops.

I think a lot of your problem goes back to Police Chief Magnus's "plan" for quotas on tickets. . .The cops are just trying to do their job by pulling people over and it might seem unfair at times when you do get stopped, but that is the reason they are there. Most patrol cops aren't assigned to go out and to track down drugs and other offenses, there are other departments that do that. . .
If you think a ticket is unfair, you always have the option of taking it to court and pleading your case to the judge. Judges are human too and understand that people make mistakes, and if you believe strong enough that the ticket is unfair, the judge may see your side. I know of people who have gotten off very lightly on traffic tickets because they went down to the courthouse and told the judge they made a mistake and that they don't feel the punishment is just. . .
You should take all your negativity towards the police and put them into a letter to Chief Magnus. It would do more then complaining about the police in general on a site that more then likely none of them read. . .
Or am I totally off base?

ok well excuse me I didnt know what his car looks like, thought I read somewhere earlier that he had an exhaust or some other type of mod, but he still had to use a blinker

he does have an exhaust and you are probably right the cop heard it and then noticed he had a reason to pull him over
