Actually, I was just going to list mine on Bismanonline.

It's 12,200 BTU's. It's a Haier brand w/remote control. It's damn heavy so you'll need someone else to help get it installed. It could cool my bedroom down from 100 to 65 degrees within 20 minutes. I bought a house and have central air now. This was bought middle of last summer and used maybe 2-3 months. I think it was $350 on sale for $260. I'd sell for $175.
