White turbo civic?

I was driving down 13th the other day and came across a white 2000 civic for sale in the team electronics parking lot. I stopped in to look at it. That thing is done up really nice. (not ricey) He said he wants $14000 for it. Did anyone other than me see this car?
(The guy that owns it used to work at tintmasters. his name is Kyle.)

if this link works, it isn't worth that much, just estimating that it has roughly 60K on the odo, and is a manual, EX coupe.

edit: link wont work. KBB lists excellent value for only $9575. Not many civics out there that are really worth $14K, might as well buy a RSX.

Ive seen it before an whoever has been up here and seen a blue cavi with blue neons an a green neon licencnse plate cover, i kno him kinna his names ryan mcgregor i think, an his dad paid 14,000 for the civic, hes pretty much a rich kid lol hes got a really big house too.

I dont know who he is but his car is phat. i was going to buy it untill I found out it had a turbo "kit" on it. car looks good tho.
