I dunno the past 4yrs ive gone the strip fills up fast if you want a spot on the strip. If we arent worried about parking on the strip then noon is fine.
Try not to have a passenger (i know i know, chances are we all are going to have someone with us)...But last year a buddy of mine had 3 random girls just hop in his car on the strip!
