turbo stang 1000hp

the guy always lies so its hard to tell exactly how many lbs he was running.
he claims that was 13psi, which is 650hp.
the dyno u seen was at 25 or 30 lbs. he will be at the track agon on sept 25th, hopefully running 25lbs

IMO for all the HP that that thing has it is weaksauce.

With the horsepower that he has he should be in the single digits easy.

thats the talk around the 240 boards too...stock suspension on the dragstrip is the best

maybe it didnt say in the vid, but them runs were at 13psi. the dyno was on 25-30. he will be goin back to the track sept26th. them runs were with no rollcage if u didnt notice. its a street car, lol. he actually drives it everyday for the most part.

Even at higher boost it will still spin going down the track. The launches didn't seem to be that great either. I think this Mustang is just a dyno queen.

It looks like there's waaayyyy to much hp for the car as it sits. Definately needs to have some other work done to the car. Even if he did drive/launch it decent (which he didn't), The car still looked like a handfull to drive. If he was at that low a boost, then turning up the boost and getting traction would probably end up with the car darting in to the wall. And it definately could use an auto in there. Don't get me wrong, those were definately nice hp #'s but I actually think he could go as fast with less.

Hmmm so at 13 psi he is at 600 whp and runs 139 mph? That doesn't add up.

He was definitely struggling launching the car, he needs to get rid of the manual trans. Drop in a auto with a high stall and it will run some numbers...

i wouldnt really know but from what it sounds like.....one of the first things to do to a mustang after you give it decent power is to pretty much get a whole new suspension setup because the stock one sucks.
