My friend Jeff got one down there a couple of weeks ago...maybe a month, but anyways, he hired "Dr. Radar" guys last name is Smetana, came out took some pics, pointd out like 15 reasons why the radar could be off.....going to court soon we will see how that looks.

i was keeping up with traffic if that helps any. I think it has to do with me being a kid, flashy car, loud exhaust, and loud music.

What exactly do they take pics of? How much does it cost?

cheaper just to take the hit, even after calculating insurance most of the time.

IF you take a speeding Ticket to court..no matter what you have to pay..for an attorney and everything...they have to pay for everytihng...you spend 1000 on a attourney to win...they have to pay..not you...otherwise nothing would ever get taken to court.

Also if you dont win you'll have court/administration fee's which are usually about $250 to pay for.

i got pulled over going supposedly 40 in a 30 while i was goin under 30..i lost in court, there was shit in the way of his radar...just snowed..goin around a turn...good luck

I don't know if this will help ,but when I got my minor if I would have taken it to court. It would have cost $200 in court fee's.

If your lucky the cop will not show up and you will win.

Haha, i've had it happen where the cop didn't show up, so they called him and we sat there till he showed up, so that theory doesn't exactly work.

I had a freind who decided to fight a losing battle ( Fighting a 3rd minor ) his cop's mother died and could not come, so he won.

i would just pay the ticket and not waist the time to go to court. i've been through this many time and it's really not worth fighting it. my .02

i understand the cops word against mine, i told the story to 3 cops so far and they said take it because i came around a curve and he said he could see me for a few blocks, he was behind a tree, in an ally, and he pulled me over a block away from the curve. all the cops say to take it to court because its free, and i have a chance due to where the cop was.
