i didnt call him in cause i knew that i would be in trouble too just for being there, so i tried to right things outside of the law. Joel and i discussed later that what i should have done is just called the cops and let them get the piping from Johns car.

well the VAFC WAS MINE. SO YOU FUCKERS CAN BE IN COURT. I talked to heath about it and am getting it back. I know for a fact its mine because one of the 2 plugs for it broke off in my car when they jacked it, and the other half of the harness that plugs into those is in my fucking closet.
THERE IS THE FUCKING PROOF JOHN IS A FUCKING THEIF...CAUSE HEATH GOT IT FROM JOHN

If I remember correctly, you seem to have a big beef with Nick about you not getting an engine you ordered or some shit like that and then telling people not to patronize them because they will rip you off. In fact you got into a big pissing match on that thread.
To me, if anybody had a motive... It would be you. It would be so easy for you to justify ripping them off. It makes the most sense.

If you go back and look @ Johns for sale threads. He's selling a FMIC, 2G MAS, intake pipe, Greddy Type S BOV, etc. All stuff he needs to make his car run and all items that you either stolen from Kevins car or attempted to be stolen. If thats not motive right there idk what is. Why would you sell stuff you need to make your car run? Oh wait because im gonna go jack some!
