The point system is a vicious cycle, anyways I found out according to my attourney that they can't deny my temp license request with a seal stating current employment and academic attendance. So all is well.
However that means no cruising, that means I drive STRITCLY from work/school/home that is it. If I am caught driving anywhere else beyond the designated routes, I will get a DUS which would suck. But for 5 weeks, it's something I will have to deal with. Life is all about consequences, I made some bad decisions and decided to break the law, now I suffer the consequences.

and was denied a temp license due to too many violations (I got a lot), so I can't drive in ND? I'll talk to an attourney and see if there is any other option I can take.
