if there were less cops there would be more speeding, more racing and more accidents. the cops are out there like they are to give tickets and hopefully prevent people from driving recklessly and endangering the lives of those who dont want to die, i.e. the innocent mom and her three kids. there is no such thing as too many cops

so true, i find my ways of doing it, and sometime its on a main road that cops patrol!

Lol no sharp noise, popping or cracking. Well im screwed with my STOCK exhaust system. Its raspy and sharp at high rpms, it pops and cracks when I down shift or let off the gas at high rpms. And it even backfires sometimes... But there is nothing they can do because its STOCK.

actually, if you drive in a manner that produces those noises, they can. Legally.

Unrelated note: One of my co-workers sons got pulled over in his wrx that had a Muscatell installed STi cat back because his car exhaust wasn't stock...had nothing to do with loud, it just wasn't stock. We'll see how this ticket plays out in court.

wait the STi exhaust that is just the single exit? Like it was stock STi exhaust? How the hell would a cop know its not stock? If I get pulled over and get a ticket im gonna make sure the cop knows that we live in ND and not California...

funny thing is, this kid (well not really kid...he's older than me) has no interest in performance upgrades, he bought the exhaust cuz he like the look of the single tip rather than double tip.
