I'm not even putting the list for my 95 eclipse.

In my 2004 sentra, 1, the fuel pump went out with like 1,000 miles left on the 36K mile warranty. Now i'm 5,000 miles over the warranty and it is starting to go again. 😞

Does it count if we bought the car when it wasn't running? Hahahaha!

                  It's never left me stranded...
52,000 miles and I've tried to drive the wheels off of it.
Had a coil pack go out once - developed a miss. Fixed it, new plugs and wires while we were at it, and it was good to go.
Had something in the ignition go out a couple years ago again. In trying to find somewhere to pull the code, I ended up screwing up an injector as well (which nearly doubled the cost to fix it). Had it fixed as I didn't have time to do it, so I may have gotten screwed over in the process of having a shop do it. New coil pack, new injector, and a new plug (plus labor).

spend no more than $500 fixing the car.. (I put tires on it 3 times though)

My 88' GT is freakin ridiculous. Spent near $4000 just on sensors, running gear, vacum leaks and other worthless check my engine light kind of bullshit. Thing is never running on par. 100,000 miles came and the car just fell apart. Not literaly but damn one thing after another on this thing. Ford has not mad a quality car in years suprised there not the ones filing bankruptcy.

2002 S-10: has right around 160k on it now, put on 30k since i got it and nothing has gone wrong, other than maintainance things.

Talon: Well, obviously if you have a car putting out almost 3 times the power it comes from the factory with...it is going to have some problems. 🙂 Tranny tranny tranny.

Corolla: Bought with blown engine, put different engine in, turboed, and now busted a ring or ring land. Oh well.

As long as my truck keeps running I am happy.
