I think I must've tried the Blazin's sauce if the Bomb sauce is something special. I've only eaten at Buffalo Wild Wings twice. I remember that Blazin sauce and that was fuckin' hot. I made sure to wash my hands twice before I used the urinal.

Blazing is as spicy as ice cream in comparison. I LOVE hot food and have never ever experienced anything like that before. Very intense.

            Da Bomb The Final Answer

At 1,500,000 Scoville Units this is, beyond all doubt, the very hottest you can buy. At this heat level they don't even call it hot sauce any more, it's a food additive. A very HOT food additive.

              so my question is.... why?

I prefer to have my stomach intact after I eat my food (I'm not so big on spicy stuff so I wouldn't even consider trying it)

The thing is, is once your past the heat it actually has a pretty good taste. That shit'll defineately clear your sinuses though. Although I've heard of some stuff that's around 5,000,000 scoville units, But I can't remember right off hand were it was I saw or read about it.

That quote was taken from the website, not made by me.

True, the flavor wasn't bad at all, it was the amount of the stuff that was put on there that was insane. We're not talking a few drops...oh no...according to the server, they poured enough of there to COAT 6 wings. My understanding of the Scoville unit is that the number represents how many drops of water it will take to neutralize the acid in one drop of sauce. Once you get in the millions its almost impossible to neutralize it by drinking water....especially when you're talking about the hundreds of drops that each of us had that night.

                      Yeah, we're dumb.

The crazy thing is it's not just your mouth getting affected. Your eyes water, your nose runs nonstop, your lips burn, your mouth burns, your stomach hurts, it hurts to shit, etc. I enjoy some hot sauces occasionally, but I don't want anything as hot as the Blazin' sauce again any time soon. It's simply too much heat overpowering the flavor for my tastes. Plus, I'd rather eat than worry about drinking so much fluids and wiping my nose.

How can you guys stand that place. Every damn time I have ate there we have had to send something back, or the service just plain sucks. Not just the Bismarck location either, when I lived in Fargo. Even the last time I was in Fargo my girlfriends wings were cold to the touch.

We used to there atleast once a week (for like a year), but the service just ended up being terrible after a while and we stopped going there...

We'll go every once and a while now, but yeah, I agree with you the service (esp. at the south) is not up to par.
