i havnt posted anything in this thread til now...but the word "there" in the title should be spelt "their" lol...just so you all know...also, wtf is this vikings shit...normally they are the other way around. their usual routine is do good at the beginning, suck at the end...vice versa this year...its a good thing.

anyways, phats, i dont see where your comin from with minnesota over looking st louis cause st louis is playin with their backs against the wall. minnesotas done that all year. they just are doin the right things at the right time and holding teams to not scoring after we score.
and to say the AFC and NFC are the same due to # of teams over 500 is hella stupid. NFC's teams(seattle, minny, chitown, atlanta, carolina, dallas and NYG) no way match up to San Diego, Denver, KC, Indy, Jax, Pittsburgh, Cincy, & the defending champs NE. AFC is by far the more dominant confrence. they have better qbs, recievers, RB's, defenses meh close. NFC has a dinky 2 superbowls in what hte past 7-8 years? AFC is far and away better, case closed.
But in retrospect, Vikes got a real shot at making the playoffs and it's gotta be a cinderella type thing, as does chicago so you dont get pissed. Cinderella for Minny cause trading Moss, losing DC, Boating incident, Tice fired rumors, Onterrio Smith Suspension etc. Bears is just flat out injured Grossman, Kyle Ortan comes in and does good but defense obviously is the heart and soul.
but this is a much different vikes team then what u saw when u kicked our ass.

Good points, But we'll see, still say it's Closer now than it has been in the past 8 years. Maybe i shoulda Said the NFC has Improved. :rolleyes:

I'll go so far as to say this, the Vikings have turned their season around. While that does not make me a fan, it does make me think that they have playoff potential. I highly doubt they will do much in the post season, but hey they might make it there, unlike my team. Thats how it goes though and there isn't anything I can do about it. For me to argue that GB is a great team is stupid so I will refrain from doing so. I know this isn't their season and I know that it may take several years before things get straightened out over there. My only hope is that Favre doesn't retire after this year, because unlike many of the MN nay-sayers he is way to good of a QB (career stats, not necessarily the past few years) to go out on such a shitty season.
