So has the car been in an accident or towed? It looks like the hook under the license plate has been used since the plate is bent

all of the "damage/scrapes" is on the bumpers correct?

I see some rust on the driver side fender, attached in the image.

Basically you need a new front bumper, new rear bumper, driver side fender, is there anywhere else that its showing signs of rust?

Is it a clean title?

yes i still have the car but the parents wont write the title over to me until Graduation in May so it cant be sold til then
