it is an 03 for sure...so I just need a timing belt, balance shaft belt, and a crankshaft position sensor..

for the belt and sensor, youre looking at about $390 for it. there isn't a balance shaft belt at all, at least from what I have seen in diagrams. the sensor is dealer only, so the price you'll pay is the price that you'll get charged from us. let me know if you are interested at all.

I'm not tryin to throw a stink here but, I just looked it up on Alldata and it clearly shows balance shats in the engine.

I looked up the 2.7 liter V6, which doesn't have the balance shaft. Didn't know if you had that or the I4, which is a mistake on my part. I just assumed that it had the V6 since the majority of them out there have it. As for the price, that INCLUDES labor along with parts. Ill get pricing for the 4 cylinder today.

PS, as for engine codes, I only recognize honda ones, as for other makes, like the majority of shops out there, we like to go by size and vehicle VIN.

Ok, got a better estimate....well, at least more accurate since its a different engine. Youre looking at approx $410, that labor for both belts and sensor, along with parts on both belts and cranks sensor. I usually like to replace other parts in these engines (similar to talon/eclipse/laser) like the hydralic tensioner (got one in the shop right now that slacked up too much and bent all intake valves), both tensioner and idler pulleys, along with camshaft seals too. If this vehicle has low miles (like 60K) you should be fine to go another round with these parts till 120K service. Otherwise if you are in the 90-120K range right now, you might wanna rethink replacing these parts too so you dont end up...well, you know. Anyways, just let me know.
