Ricer cruise gathering spot

Yeah the 32nd hornbachers is off limits now too supposedly. Last time we were there a SUV cop pulled up and told us we were loitering/someone filed a complaint and that we had to leave. When joel asked him if it was the managers/hornbachers that called us in he said it didnt matter and was none of our business but that we had to leave. So i guess SOMEONE filed a complaint, whether or not it was hornbachers we dont know.

what about the old sellands lot in moorhead, its just a big open lot now that they moved, and we probly wouldnt be bother by yhe police as along as we behaved

Honestly, I think we should try 13th ave hornbachers when I'm there cause if the cop confronts us I'll just say I work here and if they say "do you have permission to be here" I'll just invite them inside and we can talk to the CSM at night(they pretty much don't give a shit)--BUT If I do end up doing this, there will be absolutely NO fucking around. The police will be notified right away if there are ANY problems--littering, burnouts, driving fast/crazy, etc etc...

i think the park by the b-ball courts on 32nd is a pretty good idea. so what if its near bosnian hq, what are they going to do? also, couldn't we just meet at some park or something or some random parking lot in town? why does it need to be on a main road? are we all that big of attention whores or what

That'd make most reasonable sense if you already have all the people you want to hang out with, but in "ricer meet-ups" for all those rolling around town may not know if there is a serious meet up or not. Being given on a main road, gives them a chance to see this and pull in. Just my .02..
As for meet up places, have you guys been kicked out of the Mall Parking lot/Acros 13th @ near Taco Bell?? If a cop came you could just say your eating TB and friend are waiting 4 u 2 finish and so forth
