Helicopter ??

Does anybody know what a Sikorsky S-64 Skycrane rated at 20,000 lbs can lift at 5,500 feet?? I am not too sure either but I know it cannot lift a 15,500 lb. excavator or a small bull-dozer off the ground:icon_clown:

The Excavator had to be stripped down. Bucket stick boom counterweight and cylinders had to be all taken off. On the dozer, the ROPS and blade are off. It is 4:15 AM right now, need to drive 1 1/2 hours to get to the remote sight. Were going to try again at first light. Hopefully with the colder air we should get a little more lifting capacity.. This stuff is going into a small community in the Grand Canyon..
