I guess its a spiff to live this close to the fairgrounds but it kinda sucks having to puit the kidsto bed with ear muffs...wife and I have been watching the fireworks for 10 plus years and this year they sure have some loud shit...I am very close to the fairgrounds and they have some new Reports(loud bangs) that makes shit on my walls vibrate or fall off...I video taped tonights show and it kicked ass...hopefully Friday nights show doesnt get rained out...nothing like a 12" shell blowing the shit apart in the air

was it just use, or was that one nice big explosion near the end of the last show lifted you off your seats a little???? I think it was the one with the huge ass flames that went a good 40 feet into the air.

I was behind one of the elementary schools in WF and shot about 300 pics. I'll go through them sometime this weekend and post what turned out.

I was there. Not in the stands, but close enough to see a fair ammount of stuff that was on the ground. Some stuff I couldn't see, but could tell was going on due to the glowing on the ground.

For those that didn't go, you missed a truely amazing show. It was one of the most incredible things I have seen in a very long time. The Grand Public Display was unreal. 31 min of NON-STOP large fireworks.

I'll tell ya this....When they come back in '09, I WILL be in the stands for that display.
