Yea, if it really was burning pot we wouldve heard about it by now, or the cops all went out there and got high....and they cant remember what happened....hmm wouldnt that be something...If it really was pot and it was strong enough to get ALL of fargo high lol. That'd definatley be something eh?

Unlike Alaska though, Fargo puts you in jail for possession of even a tiny little spec of the stuff You moved from a state that lets you grow up to 25 plants (ignoring all Supreme Court rulings that is) to one that puts you in jail for even thinking about it.

True... but pot sorta has somewhat of a distintive smell I think anyway. It's a little different than burning ditches. LOL

depending on the weeds in the ditches during the burn, it can smell very similar to to pot. I'm not saying you can't tell them apart, but you would have to be very familiar w/ one or the other to make a definite determination.

marijuana is a weed thats found growing all over...granted its not quite the same thing as the pot most people smoke, unless they're really desperate or something.

yes, but most ditches smell very similar...unless you've tested the 100,000,000 different kinds of pot in the world then i'm sure you wouldnt be able to tell the difference.
