Ok, time for me to rant now too.
I was out today, on my way to Best Buy with my wife and kid in our Murano and some jackass in a Monte Carlo cut me off as well just so he could pull up next to some ghetto-ass-rusty-civic w/ an APC sticker in the rear window and rev at him and try and get him to race. Long story short, the civic didn't bite so the Monte Carlo owner (whom I'm assuming is Johnny Carlo) flips him off, jacks his brakes (causing me to nearly slam into him, had to break hard enough that Jaiden started crying) and swerves in behind the civic and starts tailgating. I was PISSED to say the least, unfortunately, I had to turn before I could get the plate number or else his ass would have been called in to the local PD.

Hey chuck, sucks the family was with, anyone with a half-ass shitty car ever sees this guy doing something like this, take him out. My car is pretty nice, but if i was in chucks position today (without the family though), i would have guardrailed that fucker so hard his insurance would be buying me a new vette. SO, if your reading this JOHNNY CARLO, fuck you, youve been more than warned.

Out of state for sure...didn't pay that much attention. At first I thought it was just an idiot driver, by the time I put 2 & 2 together I and realized it was "Johnny" it was too late, I just know it wasn't a ND plate.

I thought the person driving the Honda Civic was my friend from ndsu so I tried to catch up to him to see where he was going. I didn't mean to cut anyone off of the road. Were you the one in the suv? That thing is cool. What do you have done to it.
