Yup, it's a 4g64. SOHC motor. The exhaust mani stud pattern on the 4g64 SOHC head and the 4g63 head on the evo, and dsms are the same though. I could have used a DSM manifold too, but most likely would have had to eliminate the A/C. I will still probably have to bend an A/C line a bit, and use a spacer on the mani to get the compressor housing to clear the starter.

Not on your V6 though:lol: . But yeah I'm gonna be running an evo 8 turbo, manifold, possibly downpipe, but it may have to be modified a bit, fuel rail, fpr, fuel pump, and injectors from a WRX. Also planning on doing a 5spd swap with a LSD, upgraded clutch, and flywheel. Then tuning it all with ecuflash by either swapping over to a 2001+ manual ecu and flashing the evo rom onto it, or switching to an evo ecu. We'll see when it all actually gets done. I really wanna run it at the dragstrip next may, I havn't taken it out there for fear that after getting my timeslip I would have to kick my own ass.

ouch dude that sucks... damn i never realized the gs was so "stock" with drums lol... the evo brake swap is really nice and pretty cheap for what its doing..

as far as the turbo set-up goes, yes there is a little modifying but there's actually not as much as you'd think, its a good set-up and made success full by many 3gers

Probably around 730ish Friday? You were getting on from 13th by the mall I believe and heading south on I29 and I was southbound on I29 and took the I29-I94 overpass bridge.
