Halo 3 Collectors Warning

Hey ya all,

I just want to let you all know to check your disks for Halo3 if you got a collectors (metal case) version. Apparently there is a defect in the packaging and the disks are very easily dislodged in shipping, resulting in the potential for some pretty bad scratches. I feel really bad about this but microsoft has actually released a press release stating if you have the metal case version you will be able to exchange your disks for free. Either do that or you can take a chance going back to where u got it from and exchanging it there if they have copies of the collectors left for replacement. I was working the midnight opening and we had several come back within the hour with scratches.

i got the collectors edition and my disc was floting around in there but it wasnt messed up at all

The games only 6 hours long too...thats gotta piss the little fanboys off.

Good thing Multiplayer is the best thing about the game.

reading many prereviews, this version is more for the online multiplayer, which is freakin sweet! takes a little to get used to comparing to the second one.

ya kinda sucked that the campaign was so short... but it was a challenge for legendary.... still beat it the first night though
