The fact that you filed a complaint and then he retaliated by writing you up, I believe, is illegal. You should have literature made available to you at work. If you have not read it I suggest you do and if you have reread it. If things are really "that bad" then maybe you need yo seek new employment or a consult a lawyer. I can't say I've been sexually harassed myself but I've had people say some rude and rediculas shit shit to me and I now they weren't just kidding around. I usually just chalk them up to ignorance.

Sexal harassment isn't just physical. The comments that he was making made me uncomfortable and I put up with it for too long. The comment that threw me overboard was this comment. "Bob* gave me a compliment about Chris today. He said the only thing that that kid has got straight is the dick in his mouth!" This wasn't a one time deal during that shift either. It was said atleast 3-4 time earlier in the night. Go ahead Ohm tell me to man up and stop being a pussy. I don't care. I go to work to make money and become better at my skill/trade. I DON'T go there to be harassed and made uncomfortable. Call it shop play and harmless all you want but thats you. I was fed up with the shit he was giving me and I dealt with it by the book. You got a problem with the way I deal with shit too bad for you. Your not in my position. I finally found a career that I will stay with for a long time and im not going to let anyone fucking bring me down and make me feel like shit. Enough said.

I get/give shit all the time. Its called having fun. I get told that "my package is nice" at least once a day. I know its harmless and thats why its funny. The dick in the mouth thing is fucking hilarious IMO. In all reality... I'll probably use that one tomorrow at work.

It's just something that you have to learn to accept working in a shop setting. You need to learn to take a joke. Shoot shit at them. Ask them to get naked and armwrestle...thats always a good one. If that doesn't work, tell them you are going to skull fuck them until their rectum bleeds...

No you do not <u>have</u> to accept it, its called harassment and that is why there are laws against it. If you don't have a problem with it then its playing around but if someone does its illegal and the petty bs of him writing you up after filing a complaint is grounds for a lawsuit, be sure to let him know that. Just be civil man tell him to dial it back a notch at least with you and he should be cool other wise take it to the next step hire a lawyer and he'll call the owner and the asshat will get fired so fast his head will spin.

If the guy would have said it ONCE and left it at the I would have been fine with it but he has a problem with taking shit too far and I wasn't going to stand for it anymore.
