Looking for shop/shop mate

Anybody know of any reasonably priced shops. I need one that will have room and allow cars to be parked outside.
I will also be looking for someone to help share the rent/utilities.

your not going to get much for under $700/m. so if your not willing to pay that or more then you better find a ton of guys.

I'm not looking for retail space or anything fancy.The last one i rented which was a few years ago was a decent one. Heat,water,sewage drain, 2 storage rooms,stairs with storage area over rooms. It was a few blocks east of 7th ave auto salvage. It was $400/m
At this time i really don't need any of that.I'm more in the need to park my cars and work on one at a time. -
My old shop was 550.00 a month about 2000 S/ft

You could fit about 4/5 Max cars in there , also a large office and storage.
