well I am meeting with Sandy Hansen tonight. She is the local T4T organizer. she is very happy about this and will be attending with all the official banners/posters/memorablia to make it a legit T4T sponsored event.
The contributors list thing was a flop, we decided to put the SLD and TM logo on it and call it a day.
I will be having them printed tomorrow sometime and will need some people to help hand them out on throughout this week and weekend. If you are interested let me know.

Hey Joel, I will be more than happy to hand some out. I drive around fargo all day long for Pepsi and go into grocery stores so when ever someone comes by, I will go ahead and get them out. That will be a huge help I think because I go to places like FGO Wal-mart and Sunmarts and hornbachers all over the place. When are the fliers getting printed and when are they going to be ready to hand out?

this rocks.

I can put some up @msum, I will see what i can do for McD as well.
I think this could be a good idea. Especailly with the short notice of it all. I think for next year it will need to be earlier in the year for a bigger turn out. Cause end of november=cold and most people have there nice cars put away.

I agree with Faber, but we could use the first one as kind of a practice run to get everything situated. I think it's a great idea to show the community that we're not just a bunch of punk kids driving imports, could give the scene a good image finally. I'll definately be down to help out in anyway possible and would love to show up if i'm not back home or working that weekend. If there's anyway I can help Joel lmk...

If it were me, I'd put:
Please join us for the first annual F-M area Toy Run and car show - sponsored by Fargostreet.com. To support the Toys For Tots Foundation, please bring your new or gently used toys to be donated to under-privileged children in the area. There will be door prizes and refreshments for all.
Then again, I haven't really taken an English class in quite a while.

I will be doing press releases to everyone in town today, and finalizing and printing the posters today or tomorrow. I have also been in contact with the head guys in toppers...
hopefully I can catch a couple that haven't put their cars away yet. More than anything I just want people there, cars are my last concern. I promise you guys that it will definitly help our name in the community out as long as PEOPLE SHOW UP!Any Other donations are welcome. My dad will more than likely be letting us use my RV to hang out in... Also, if anyone has a generator we could use, that would be the best donation yet. Tintmasters was kind enough to offer audio for the event, but we don't have anywhere to plug into.

thats kick ass parker.
Just so you guys know, the toys are supposed to be from 5-15 dollars, so instead of bringing one 50 dollar toy, bring 5 or 6 5-10 dollar toys... I know you guys probably wont be spending that much, but some people try to bring the biggest toy and it just creates hassle when handing out the toys. Also, whoever helps me out with this, Sandy hansen wants 4 others besides me to come help hand out the toys on december 15th
