Getting a phone wet enough to have water damage (the dot in the inside turns red), would most likely be the source of your problems...

I'm not sure if you can really blame Verizon as a bad company for having a phone get wet?

its not the first time something has happened. i have three water dots only one was red. i brought it to a phone repair place and they said it was the motherboard that was damaged. not known if it had to do with water damage or not. and before i had water damage, my phone would just turn off and stop working.

Verizon will replace your phone if its within warranty (1 year), and the dot is not red.

If the store won't, call *611 and they will fedex 3 day you one with a return box (free).

^what he said. Or, if they are dots just buy new ones on ebay!

I had to go twice today for the phone cause they were gay and wouldn't let me do warranty.

If you were having problems with it before the dot turned red then you should have taken care of it before some sort of moisture go to it. If you are mad because they wont warranty it, just think of this if you owned Verizon Wireless and you had thousands of people claiming that there phone had problems before it got wet. Then wanted you to send them a new phone. Would it be smart financially?
