wow we're famous on clubgp

I dont know if Id call 9.0 and about to break into the 8s nothing special. Especially when its still FWD and still a stock short block. Its not GN fast, but low 9s and 8s are hard to scoff at. Its not the best platform to mod for a race car, but its fun. My regal has a few goodies ready to go on.
IC
N* TB
3:69 geared trans with 3K stall with all hard parts
Got a tuner
Got a gen V blower already.
Got my SLP headersIll be shooting for 12s with stock heads, rockers, and cam. Also full weight.
Not blazingly fast by any means, but it will get alot of WTF looks. Especially if I keep it looking like this.As far as spreading the message, I do believe I have a job. Its not at the USPS.

How come grand prix guys are such vaginas. I don't even care what your drive but if your that much of a fucking baby when someone says something about a grand prix you need to grow the fuck up,,, biatchezNot to rekick shit up, but Clubgp has been mild compared to say you would have gotten into it with all the 15-16yr olds on honda-tech.
Oh and most of you have probaly been banned. Clubgp likes to ban people without reason especially some of it most contributing members.
And just to get it out. These cars can be fast, just don't be so quick to judge us and well do the same.
All in fun,When it comes don't say you weren't warned about the Turbo GP. Theres a car with similar mods to him and has dynoed 500+whp.
All I can say is I enjoy racing cars in my 4dr GTP and suprising the shit out of them. Because like alot of you, they also underestimate it. -
I like how he singled me out with the quote. Obviously he didnt check my sig, I drive a POS pushrod 5.0. This guy I can deal with the others were shitstains. Until I see him bashing us over there I'll chill out, check my posts guy I was one of the people defending the GP's.

I drive a modded 98gtp.
You hate on Pontiac's for the same reasons, a lot of us also hate Honda's.
- They're usually daily drivers
- They're "girl" cars (although I disagree with that from both sides)
- Honda and Pontiac don't produce exotic V12s, therefore you can't be proud of your car
The only difference I see in grand prixs and Honda's is that most Honda's can't even be made "that" fast. Of course you can add a turbo, and the same goes for adding a turbo to a grand prix gt.
Why many people have a misconstrued conception of the gtp is because, appearance wise it looks the same as an SE or GT . You can call the 3800 crap, but when you put an m90 blower on top, it's nothing to joke about. Sure it still runs mid 14's bone stock. But tell me a Honda (s2000 excluded) that does that?
Put 2 grand into the engine of a gtp and you're at high 12's or low 13's. That's approaching vette territory. I can imagine, but I would like proof that I'm wrong. But adding 2 grand into a civic wont get you into to 12s.
I raced my buddies heavily modded 00 si bone stock and had him by multiple lengths. So this is my only comparison. But still.
I believe if it's your passion, then fine. I apologize for some of the clubgp comments. But we get aggravated at a lot of the ricers out there. Your fart cannons are annoying and your wings are unnecessary. You wont find a gp with a fart cannon from clubgp. Maybe cammed, headers and a 3" exhaust, but that's a different story. Those mods add hp, not an annoying sound.

Oh and here's my mods and car.
Thrasher CAI, gmpp catback, Catless Pacesetters, aeroforce, GMPP handling kit, AGX struts w/ ssc springs, 180* tstat, MSD Wires, AL104 plugs, Custom Tune. 1.9 modded rockers, 3.5" blower pulley.
I've added some things since the picture. It's nothing special, but as I like to say. To each his own.

I believe that nick tufte ran an 11.9 with a basically stock civic with a turbo kit, cheap engine management, and a fuel pump. The turbo kit was probably a bit more than $2g's because it was very nice, but used you could get that nice of a kit for around $2gs. And also, with the 2g's in mods, im guessing you are starting S/C, this is starting with an N/A sohc.

2 grand could get a civic into the high 12's low 13's easily... And alot of the members on here's "fart cans" are actually real performance cat-backs...and good luck finding "wings" on our cars, unless it's a stock spoiler... u dont know anything about any of us or our cars so stfu... U used the same points as the rest of ur little friends...we heard, most of us dont really give a shit... send all ur little friends to our track...i'll be laughing my ass off when some little 4 cylinders hand them their asses...

Wow, way to handle the civil arguement I presented. I never said "you" were driving around with wings. Just that we all see a lot of civics like that. It wasn't meant as a personal attack bud.
And yes, that is starting w/ a blower. That's our point exactly. We're improving on a nice stock design. And while I'll say again. Do what you want with your car and I'll do what I want with mine. The point is a civic wasn't meant to be a performance automobile. The gtp was, or they would have never put a blower on it.
I'm sure we can meet up at the track. And I'm sure we'd have a good race, I just don't live in ND. But I sure do love my blower when she wines.

I didn't mean to sound mean or like i was arguing with you, i was just presenting a case of one civic. I agree it is good that everyone does something different, it would be boring if we all did the same.
And don't listen to bubba, he has nothing better to do than sit and argue that hondas are the only option.

And again, I post it. I have scene a NA 1.6L SOHC 92-95 civic hatch with no NA build or spray...... run a 14.5. It was kevins gold car. Matt also ran 14.28 or something like that with a B16 swapped hatch.
I like GTPs, they are WAY WAY better then the 4.0L Olds Aurora in the garage next to my 240. Sucks to drive in anything other then dry pavement. and for being a luxury car no room.

I had a regal 3.8L liked the car, always wanted a GN and kinda like the s/c regals... Everyone has their own choices, fine with me...doesnt have to mean u go into other forums just to stir shit up....

That hatch probaly only weighs 2200lbs. Takes a little more to move 3600lbs .

The civic also only has a 1.6L, it is a little easier to do with more than twice the displacement.
