Most people know, Howie Mandel has extreme germaphobia and OCD, and can't shake peoples hands. He takes medication for it, and goes to extreme lengths to avoid germs. Thats why he shaved his head, he has a seperate guest house incase someone is getting sick that he will live in for a week, etc etc. He has poked fun at it, but it is a serious mental issue.
Most people, especially in the enrertainment industry, know this fact.
That being said, Marshall Faulk who knew about his disorder, pulled this dick move.

the guy is a germaphobe and has ocd (wont let people touch him, wont let people near him if theyre sick, basically anything to stay clean)

I've seen Howie hug people on Deal or No Deal before...so he must be dealing with it. It was still a dickhead thing to do though.

Anybody that picks on somebody with mental illness is a DICK!!! Visit a psych ward sometime if you think mental illness is something to pick on... I have visited a friend many times in one it sux for him...
