Lol, Yes i can get you hids.

$160 for the set. whatever color your want.

2 year warranty. ( with this warrranty you dont send anything back, so you dont have to wait for weeks and weeks for new bulbs or ballast, you just message me, and you'll have new bulbs or ballasts within a day...because i have lots of ballasts and bulbs in stock, But the quality is so good you probably wont even need the warranty :))

Dont overspend on hids. they arent THAT expensive.

Not trying to pwn noobs. There are many nasty things that come along with ghetto HID setups. AKA HIDs in housings not designed for HID.

nothing is "designed" for HID's. Those hella's in your car aren't specifically designed for HID's. They are just h4 conversion housings. Pretty sure 03 cts's have projector style housings anyways.

                no race car? becuz homeowner...

The price that John is offering is very good. I can't compete dollar-to-dollar on them....especially if they are an apples-to-apples comparison in quality, etc...

I know my hella headlights are not designed for HIDs. Do i have HIDs in them? NO. I was looking at getting PIAA HID driving lights for my jeep.

There are alot of people that do HID retrofits in the Nissan world, maybe not the hondas.

Projector or no projector, doesn't matter. A HID bulb does not stay in the same location as a standard halogen bulb, so the beam is not reflected in the spots it was suppose to.

sorry to say no fog light housing is made for hids..... more than half the aftermarket projector housings out there are also not made for hids...

Most people that do retrofit hids use tsx or s2k projectors as they are the best quality and easiest to retrofit.

But anyways the way fogs are aimed and with the housings they have...the HIDS just light up about 10 feet in front of the car.

But it looks alot better when you have HIDS headlights and fogs rather than hids headlights and standards fogs.

Be careful when putting an HID bulb into a halogen housing. Like it has been said before, they are not designed for it and will glare like a mofo.

Not sure what you are asking....you can put them in whatever housing you choose (assuming it is the same bulb style as what you were replacing), but to have the proper lighting/cut-off, you should have housings that are specifically designed for HID's. Jim explains it better in the thread below:

okay, lets say i purchased an HID kit and wanted to put them into a 300ZX. What are all the steps that i need to go through to 100% properly install them without glare, sharp cutoff, and especially keeping the housing safe. do i need to replace the housing itself? also the retrofitting......what is needed to do that and how is it done? I just want them done right the first time. Thank You all that help me out with my rediculous questions!

Actually, Hella (German lighting manufacturer, OEM equipment on most high end German cars) makes HID fog units. The Micro DE fog assembly comes in HID and non HID versions.

Retrofitting HID bulbs / systems into optics & housings not designed for them is stupid. Don't do it.
