Heard them at CES I think. I just can't get into headphones, so I think my next set of ear buds will be these :

I love headphones, right now i have a set of pioneer dj1000s

a pair of Koss Portapros

and a pair of shure e4c

you will not be dissatisfied with a set of shure buds, as long as you are giving them good power, they sound real nice. try a little cmoy amp.

On the topic of head phones or more importantly earbuds, what would you suggest for an iPod? I wear mine at work and the ones that came with it just aren't cutting it anymore.

I have had 3 pairs now. Its the only pair of over-the-ears I can find that I can fit a beanie over when I snowboard.

Shure earbuds are your answer. Even the SE110's are going to sound infinitely better than the crap that comes w/ the ipod....and feel better in your ear as well. Yes, you have to pay a bit to get them, but it is worth it.

i used to have 2 of the same pair! baller set. the cushion could be softer but i used to love them

Heard them at CES as well. My personal preference is still Shure, but skullcandy is nice as well.

I have used "The Plug" made my Koss for the last 4 years or so...Best earbuds/headphones for the money...Brand new they are $15 shipped or less. Check em out on ebay.

I've owned 2 pairs of 'The Plug' as well, good set of buds for the price, good isolation with the foam squishy thingers. the Koss 'Sparkplug' looks similar to the plug but sucks. the highs are way harsh and sound like a 3 year old hitting a steel pot with a wire whisk, not very nice.

Word, I personally havn't listened to the 'sparkplug' at all, but i've heard nothing but bad things about them...at least they still sell 'the plug'. Dollar for dollar, you can't find a better earbud. That, and they actually stay in your ear while you are working out in addition to not looking stupid like huge headphones do in public.
