Ya, it reads that there is a possibility that past tickets could get a refund back. I doubt it'll happen, but itd be sweet. One negative is that I assume that these high ticket prices generate a lot of revenue for Fargo, something will have to pick up the slack.

I got pulled over at 5:00 today (for bad tabs which are sitting on my counter at home) and he said I was the first one to get a ticket at the new and improved price $20 instead of $60.00Sweet

ok so i take it its not only for speeding ticket..its all tickets. cause i got pulled over 2 weeks ago for my tint from hp for 20 and last week from the fpd for 60....... ghey!!!!

Another article is on the front page today as well. It has a fun little graph on the back page that shows the new prices. Now we can wait for the court decision whether the fine step back should be retroactive.

i got a ticket the other day for speed-care required, cuz i had to move over because people were coming in my lane because of a tow truck and squad car on the opposite side of the street, had to drive on the shoulder which made me drive in mud and supposedly splashed the officer and tow truck driver..... i was mad, wasnt expecting a $100.00 ticket for that, plus two points off my license..... i wonder if there is any way to fight that.

I got a care required ticket too a while ago two cops said I was doing 40+ on 15th St and they weren't even in their cars. So the I took it to court and lost, apparently if a cop "thinks" you are speeding they can give you a $100 ticket. If it is retroactive I have some money coming back.
