2 cars in Moorhead

When I was driving to my uncle's shop(Moorhead Plumbing and Heating) I saw a really nice silver STI and a Yellow Evo sitting like two buildings down the street, not sure what the name of the place is. I have a good idea of who owns the cars but I'm still curious as to who owns which, specs etc..
