2007 MazdaSpeed3 w/ navigation

I recently bought this car, and am considering selling because of a move. For those of you that don't know the basics about these vehicles here's a quick over;
2.3 liter tubo DISI motor that makes around 270 stock
Factory DVD natigation
Leather
Rain Sensing Wipers
Satellite Radio (2 year paid subscription)
Automatic Climate Control
Power locks/windows
6 disc mp3 CD changer
18" alloys w/ bridgestone potenza'sI have added:
CP-E 3" downpipe $650
CP-E ColdAir intake $300
Corsport Motor Mount $100Speeds with similiar mods have dyno'd at well over 300whp and 300tq, this thing really is wicked fast. No doubt in my mind that it is as quick as a stock evo or sti, and there is plenty of potential. This car has been awarded a top pick by a LOT of reviewers out there. Car has been well maintained, oil changed religiously every 3k miles with Amsoil High Performance synthetic. 16k miles on my baby.
Book value on this car is $23,650 without the radio which was a $250 option, not to mention the mods which cost me an easy K.
I am looking for 23k firm, not intersted in trades or lower offers.

Will have vin up later today.

Sticker was 28k with all the options. The changed the interior a bit in '08, the center console is black instead of grey, and the fabric on the insert in the door is different, and the mrsp went up a couple hundred bucks (probably just due to the weak dollar). It's a awesome car, I won't mind if I have to keep it. It's just tough to move a car, you know?

Ya uh, I'm gonna look like the bad guy... But, I doubt a downpipe and intake are going to add that much power. Stock hp is 263, 263 X .85 = 223 whp, if 325whp is well over 300 whp, then you're claiming a 100 whp gain? On stock boost, tmic and untuned.
If that had 300whp it would demolish sti's and evo's from a roll...
Nice speed3 tho, hopefully I'll run one someday.

No, you don't sound like the "bad" guy, you just sound like "that" guy. Stock speed3's are consistently dyno'ing 250-255, with the 3" downpipe and C-PE cai guys are hitting 300whp and 310-315 tq. With the upcoming ecu devices I don't doubt these cars will hit 350 with the specified modifications. I have not had the car dyno'd, I'm just specifying what I have seen comparable cars do.

So I am "that guy" . That guy that might know what he's talking about...
Seriously, the Mazdaspeed3 if is not a 300 hp car out the box that dyno's 250-255hp, thats a very generious dyno if there are any graphs of that much hp. If it was making that kinda of power it wouldn't be a driver's race with an SRT4 esp. with the speed's closer gear spacing. If your car was making over 300 whp (through your stock tmic, untuned, power limited in the first 3 gears), you should be able to trap 105-107 mph? Bring it to the strip and post some numbers! I do envy your rain sensing wipers though...
