black honda stock

saw a 98' 99' black honda civic racin around gf saturday n sunday nite. doesn't know how to shift and grinds gears constantly. kid has to be about 18-21.

car is completely stock, has no hubs caps, looks like he has the magnaflow can for exhaust.
