So are you saying that he deserved to be squished between two cars?Does that mean the next time you do something stupid behind the wheel, I can come and squish you between two cars???
lulz, a lot of those biker boys are asking for it. I have yet to see a motorcycle rider on the roads that isn't a complete douche.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not going to defend squids. In fact, I wish that most of them would fall down, since they think they are invincible, riding with no gear and shorts. I'd love to see them eat it at their own expense. If I ever saw some 'tard squid'in it up in front of me and he biffs, I'm going to stop...and while I'm laughing at him calling him a fuck-tard, I'll be on the phone calling emergency personel. But I don't think a guy just chillin' at a stop light deserves to be sandwiched between two cars. And it would have appeared that he had a helmet and jacket on [there were a fair amount of people around him, so I could be wrong] And if he was wearing gear...he probably wasn't doing anything super stupid. Most of the people that I've seen who ride with gear ride pretty responsibly in town. There's a friend of mine who I don't like riding with much because he acts like a dick on the bike....like he'll never get injured on it....that's not the way I ride, and I don't surround myself with people like that. He also just happens to be the kind of guy that has the, "if I'm not on the highway, I don't need my helmet, and it wouldn't do much anyway" kind of mentality.
Now, get us out of town in the back roads of WI....yea, we're gonna be flying. And at that point, if anyone goes down, it's no ones fault but their own.
How can you even talk about the accident if you didn't see it? All you saw was vehicles on the side of the road with damage.
If someone is wearing gear they probably don't do stupid things? bwhahah! That is the dumbest fucking thing I have ever heard.

I'm pretty sure in most accidents involving a motorcycle and an automobile, the automobile and/or driver are almost always at fault. I can try to dig up the statistics if you'd like. Basically, it's pretty hard to claim a 350 lb. vehicle caused an accident with a 3500 lb. vehicle.Edit: Plus, even if the biker was being a jackass, does that give someone the okay to run them over? I mean, it's not like other drivers don't act like ostentatious jackasses too.
Edit (2): Before CMK has a heart attack, I did a preemptive search and found this:
"16. The most frequent impact configuration is the motorcycle proceeding straight ahead and the car making a left turn in front of the oncoming motorcycle.
- In multiple vehicle accidents, the driver of the other vehicle violated the motorcycle’s right of way and caused the crash in 2/3 of the cases"

el oh el, I can tell who the biker fan bois are in here. If motorcycle riders want respect on the road they damn well better give it in return.
Now, lets turn the tables. A 350lb bike is a helluva lot more maneuverable and can stop a hell of a lot faster than a 3,500lb vehicle. I guess there is no such thing as defensive riding.

Yes, bikers gotta be tough shit and show off their loud exhaust and how cool their bike is. And yes, there are the dumb fucks doing wheelies.. but there are a TON of riders who ride respectably. I drive around all day for my job and witness it first hand.. I bet I see a good 10+ bikes PER DAY that are driving respectably.
And I'll just toss it out there as I've rode with you in a vehicle before.. You don't exactly drive respectably either.

Ok, imma go out on a limb here, if there is a bike laying on the ground sandwiched between two cars, than it is more than obvious he was rearended. Now weather he rearended the car in front of him first or not, that still leaves the dumbshit behind him that hit him at fault. I personally beleive it could have been a woman on a phone, im on the road most days for work and i see probably 8 out of 10 women yakking on phones, compared to probably 4 out of 10 men.

well to keep this on topic, i knew the kid that got in the bike accident, he was a school mate of mine and all.he is in Critical Care as we speak with Broken ribs.. A broken leg a Punctured Lung i a T-1 Vertebrate Fracture.

Maybe true, but nothing of what you said proves your point. The "fact" that everytime you see a biker he's acting like "a douche" doesn't prove anything one way or another.
You're not a lawyer, are you?

Generally, if the vehicle in front is damaged in the rear, and the vehicle in the rear is damaged in the front, it's quite simple to infer how the accident progressed...at least for anyone who evolved beyond simian status.

I skipped all the drama in this thread.
But I love to play a game when I drive the jellybean called "blind spot"
I cruise on the interstate and when I get close to an SUV or truck I chill in their blind spot. Then I wait until they try to merge into me.
Then I laugh while they do the "merge oh wait now I looked but I'm halfway into the lane and there's someone there now I swerve back into my lane and accelerate so I can merge safely" merge.

How's his melon? wearing a helmet? Does he know everything that's going on, or is he completly out of it?
My thoughts are with him. O and, which hospital is he at? If you don't want it public, PM me if you don't mind.

At least someone else here gets it.
And to the rest. Again... I NEVER said I witnessed it. I was making a hypothosis...ya know, and educated guess based on known facts.
No. The cars weren't on the side of the road. They were still in the lane. Hadn't moved since impact
Yes there was damage to both cars on the left hand side.
Yes, the bike was heavily tore up
Yes, the biker was still laying in between the two cars.
Soooo ummm....how does one not draw the logical conclusion of what happened here???
Again, NO I didn't see it happen. But I did see the near immediate aftermath. The rest of you "Douch Bags" instanly jumping on the biker are worse than me. You didn't see shit and you're blaming the Biker. Pretty Low. Dudes in critical care, should be alright, but you never know, and you're ripping on him because he's like "most bikers" acting like assholes.
Wow.
