Hmmmm, looks like he was just chillin at the stop light [1 point for me], person driving SUV not paying attention plowed into him, [2 points for me] and the driver waaaaasss...I forgot, o wait, no I didn't. It was a woman. [3 points for me] Anyone wanna challange me some more saying I don't know what I'm talking about??? I'm 3/4 so far, only think unknown is if she was on her phone.

And I'll bet she was.

So, to recap, just in case you missed it, or forgot. I'm right. And I DO know what I'm talking about. Would appear that you monkeys are the ones without a clue.

So, his chest was in-between two vehicles you say? Logically, one could conclude that he was rear-ended by the lady in the SUV, then driven into the vehicle in front. Or, I guess he could've predicted the SUV driver wouldn't be able to stop in time, and decided to save the driver in front a lot of money on their car insurance without switching to Geico by cushioning the blow.

Just so everyone knows that posted in this thread I was the biker down on 45th. I don't even remember the accident, and that whole day. According to the doctors if I didn't have my helmet on I would not be here. So on that note this case is going to court, and since I can't even remember what happened. I was wondering if there is anyone out there that saw the accident happen, or what anyone saw. Send me a message with what you saw, cause I need to find a credible witness.

Scheels probably does not have a camera that would have caught that. Even if on the off chance that they would have caught something, the recording is more than likely overwritten or if they are still using tapes, the tape has been used again.
