    Hey im going to be getting a scooter/bike thingy soon and i was just wondering according to ND DMV rules what has to be done or what constitutes one as being street legal. Its not currently street legal, but id like to make it so..any help (with links) would be greatly appreciated. Donka.

    btw its a 91' Honda Cub ez90 90cc 2 stroke oil injection.

      K I dod this with my trail 90 like 5 years ago.
      You Need:
      -Bill of sale from the person you bought it from
      -Brake light
      -Head light
      -Any serial number, motor number off the bike(since there is no vin)
      -motorcycle license for anything over 50cc

      no race car? becuz homeowner...

            Headlight, hi beam inicator, one mirror, tail light/brake light. Headlight must be visible from 100 ft and tail light is 50. Also you need a speedo and odometer. Best cheap way to do it is a digital bicycle speedo.
