New design we did up utilizing a double back door for Honda/Acura. Mocked up on a 98 integra. Will clear w/ a Single wide radiator w/ minor trimming on the radiator support similiar to whats done on the 1G DSM kits. Eliminates a good 2 ft off each side of the IC piping.

    25"X9"X3.5" bar and plate core, 2.5" inlet/outlet.

Little bit of both. Depends on the application. I've gotten a few bare cores and just done tanks and then other we get the tanks already on them. All the 1G DSM stuff we get pre-done as they have nice 1 piece cast alum tanks. Never gonna have to worry about those blowing apart.

I just finished the piping for this FMIC and top mount turbo setup. Overall piping length was reduced by 5 feet compared to my old setup w/ a side to side intercooler.
