heard it on the radio, made my day. I was worried as shit about this decision when they announced they'd be "deciding" on it a couple months back.

speak for yourselves..... It scares me that 4 justices voted to perty much remove the second amendment from the bench....

Should have been a unanimous decision at the very least and never should have made it to the supreme court

Yep. Now imagine if for the last 8 years conservative justices were not put on the bench. The liberals would have stripped the 2nd amendment straight out of the constitution.

Exactly. Thank God it was ruled on now, and sets a precedent for any future attempts though.

you must be new here. for the last seven years, we've had a president that has used the constitution as a doormat. it's ridiculous the kind of crap that happens and there are no consequences. clinton lies about sexual acts in the white house and an impeachment was the result. bush undermines the bedrock of the country and makes us the joke of the world... and what happens?

Good thing the Democratic Congress has fixed everything they said they would! Whew!

clinton was found to have lied under oath. what he lied about was disagreeable to lost of Americans, but the impeachable offense was lying under oath. That's perjury. It's a big deal.

There are plenty of people who chant "bush lied, people died", etc etc. That very well may be the case. If he is put on trial and commits purjury during the trial, at that point he'll have commited the same offense that got Clinton in legal hot water (which is different from "popularity" hot water)

I'm no fan of Bush, but anecdotes and bitterness don't move the country forward. Focus on what is factual and objective.

ok, i did leave out a few steps, but my point is that a series of investigations was started because of something trivial. lying under oath happened as a result of pursuing these investigations. presidential secrecy has been something huge throughout this country's history, do some googling on it. rarely has it resulted in the kind of knee-jerk reactions that clinton's behavior did
