I read on another forum...cant remember which one...that a couple guys upgraded to a Type R pulley on their LS....Well safe to say im not sure about this..
    anyways on to my question...

Would me upgrading to a Type R pulley really do much for me? Plus i What else would i have to change besides that. I noticed both guy were LS/vtec though..so i was wondering i would have to find a vtec head first..

I know a bunch are guna laugh at me...but i just wana make what i can out of my car and still learn at the same time.

    Thanks
    Jeremy

The best bang for the buck is to just not run a crank pulley.

        haha

anyways, no you wouldn't have to do an LS/Vtec to do the crank pulley. Honestly, none of these lame ass mods will do anything noticable for you, you should have bought ryans nitrous kit....

It wont do really anything for u... just looks cleaner... only real difference is it has 1 belt not 2-3 spots like the others... easy to do, just impact the bolt off and put the new one on...

I'd save ur money up and do a ls/vtec to it (or buy mine 🙂 ) or something that'll actually give u a noticeable power gain....

people only really buy it for the sake of saying "i have a type R crank pulley"

              no gains

                      plenty of things.

                      1. k swap+boost

                      2. built b16 with ctr pistons and vtec killers

                      3. k swap+spray

                      4. sell it+buy a faster car

to be honest its hard to get n/a power outta a honda. i tried, i failed. the only way your gunna get some kick outta is if you take the plunge into a swap build it. and boost isnt really all that expensive if you find the right deals.

trying to make N/A honda power is a very big waste of money man. youll get hooked on modding it and only be dissapointed after you dump a grand into it trying to get more "power" from an NA ls. spray it. its cheap and shit
